We'll happily give you an exchange or refund provided you have a valid receipt. Your goods must be returned in a perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment and at the original selling price. Please note that all refunds will not include the cost of delivery.

When exchanging an item, customers are advised to return the goods in the original packaging. Please also note that customers will be charged postage for an exchanged item.

We are unable to refund or exchange sale goods.

If customer return the shoes and evidence that show it has been worn, Quoc Pham Ltd has the right to refuse any refund therefore will return the goods to you.
